Community Nurse
Rainbow Homecare have now created this exciting new employment / career opportunity, for the part time post of:
Community Nurse-Clinical Care Manager / Homecare services provision, adults.
You would join with a very established, busy and CQC registered company with a very busy schedule of clients and a dedicated care and management team-Part time at three days each week, including two weekdays, one weekend date; 21-24 hours scheduled working, salary / terms of engagement on request, subject to qualifications.
In this unique job role, you would play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to clients and using your expertise and clinical judgement to make informed decisions to improve the quality of care the client receives.
You would have the opportunity to spend time growing meaningful relationships with clients, delivering assessed care and working closely with the clients to ensure the care delivered is person-centred and tailored to the individual’s medical needs and wellbeing.
