We provide the following care services

Personal care
Help with washing and dressing, grooming and personal hygiene, continence care, feeding and prompting medication, getting out of bed in the morning and settling at night

Night care
Our night care hours are 10pm – 7am. This can be with minimal assistance, and also where assistance is needed multiple times throughout the night

Domestic care
Assistance with household chores, cooking meals and cleaning, shopping, bill management and pension collection

Community access
Assistance with attending activities and places of worship

Palliative Care
We compassionately deliver this highly sensitive and specialised type of care, providing double carers who help customers achieve the best comfort they can

How we monitor our care

Rainbow Homecare will carry out an initial risk assessment to check for safety in the home and to find out in detail what each of our customer’s individual needs are.

We then carry out a follow-up visit a few weeks later to ensure all recommendations have been put in place and our customers are happy with the care they are receiving.

Quarterly checks at our client’s homes are conducted to monitor the work of our carers and confirm that all of our customer’s requirements are being provided correctly. 

This is all carried out by highly trained and skilled Rainbow Homecare staff who oversee and check all of the care work that takes place with our customers.
